A 21 Day Story produces honest data
Human beings change through adaptation, How employees adapt has a direct impact on business results in a rapidly changing world.
21 Day Story uses research in Cognitive Neuroscience and a process called Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) to continuously produce data that helps leaders guide their teams and organizations. The honest data generated by our platform is far more valuable than what’s produced by a survey, polls or focus group, which are snapshots in time blurred by cognitive bias.
Our process continually evaluates data using a Bayesian Probability Model to describe, compare, and predict outcomes. We improve your ability to theorize and validate solutions, and minimize Type 1 (false positive) and Type 2 (false negative) errors.
We help you move away from ‘Group Think’, which can stifle creativity and problem solving, and into ‘Group Genius’, in which a group arrives at creative solutions that cannot have been produced by any of its members acting alone.
The data collected in a 21 Day Story is anonymized and private. No one can use the data unless an individual opts in.
