Donna Pahel
Donna brings more than twenty years of experience in the field of transformative change at the systemic level. Her employment history has given her experience across the spectrum of market structures and organization scale.
Donna’s former employers include regional, national and multinational corporations. A non-exhaustive list includes: Giant Eagle (retail food distribution), GGP (retail properties management) and PPG (multinational manufacturing).
Her people-first, technology-enabled approach creates an all-around winning scenario for organizations, leaders, employees and their customers.
Donna’s guiding principle in summary: “…empower the people in an organization with agility and resilience in the face of an increasing rate of change of the nature and volume of information processing technology. Versatility and responsiveness in the face of change is now and always will be the key to success at the individual and administrative levels…”
Donna is proud of her American- Filipino heritage and is a self-professed “Hapa Girl”. She’s mama to lovely daughters, Kaelin and Nola. Her purpose in life is to feed people — their hearts, minds and bellies.

Joe Stafura
Joe has been an engineer, manager and business owner in a variety of industries over four decades with a concentration on applying digital communication technology solutions to evolve business processes.
His career began in aerospace, with 6 years at NASA on projects that included Skylab, Apollo-Soyuz and ATS-6.
He has been a pioneer in the use of digital photography and workflow systems in industries such as newspaper and commercial printing, desktop publishing, digital media production, internet services and speech technologies. He established a company around those principles, which started providing web services in 1995.
Joe loves all dogs, a few people and enjoys folding proteins in his spare time.

Mike Bonifer
Mike has been focused on new storytelling platforms and practices for his entire life, from the theme park his family built on the farm where he grew up in Indiana, through a long association with the Walt Disney Company, to his contemporary work with Skype, Wipro, Manulife, Disney, and a host of mid-sized companies, and universities such as USC, Notre Dame, NYU and Loyola Marymount.
In 2015, he launched bigSTORY, a global network of experts with backgrounds in improvisation, storytelling, dance and music, who offer training and strategic consultations on communication processes.
He has written five books on diverse subjects including The Art of Tron, GameChangers–Improvisation for Business in the Networked World, and, most recently, CTRL Shift—50 Games for 50 ****ing Days Like Today, written with fellow improviser, Jessie Shternshus.
